>Daily guests or visitors will NOT be allowed into the campground or beach area for the month of May. Campers Only!

Steele Creek Park & Family Campground in Morganton North Carolina
Here at Steele Creek Park & Family Campground visitors to the area are people who want to come to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Morganton, Linville, and Boone, North Carolina for camping and family fun. Steele Creek park offers camp sites for tent camping, camp sites for RV camping and many activities on our property for all ages to have a great time outdoors.
Our on-site activities include our fabulous water slide, fishing, hiking, swimming and beach area, picnics, & miniature golf. We also host an annual GNCC racing event on site. Thanks to our size and acreage, our campground is a perfect place for rallies, large group events, RV club events, company picnics, reunions, birthday parties and more.

It’s a great family vacation spot!!!!it has a huge Creek that goes through the whole camp ground with a swimming hole …it also has a pool if u would prefer!!plenty of hiking areas!!! Everyone was very kind and friendly!!! There is also places to fish if u are into fishing!!!it’s a nice calm peaceful place to be!!
NEW Online Reservations!
We here at Steele Creek Park are excited to now offer online reservations. While this is a great addition to our campground, we want let our guests know that reservations are encouraged, but NOT required. We realize that some of our guest prefer first come, first serve and that is why first come, first serve will still be an option available if you choose to do so.
